Water Balloon Fight!

Last weekend the boys and I went up to the lake with my family. We had fun taking boat rides and spending time with one another.

Max has been wanting to play with water balloons ever since the beginning of the summer when our neighbors made a ton for all the little neighborhood kids to play with. He has made them a few times with me or Nana, but this past weekend he had a lot of fun making them (and throwing them) with his Uncle Zach! Zach was awesome filling them up over and over again. For awhile Zach would fill the balloon up and Max would instantly pop it, haha. Finally, we persuaded Max to save a bunch of them to have a water balloon fight. He really just enjoyed throwing them on the ground.

My brothers also went tubing on Friday night. I can't wait to try it in a couple weeks. Dad bought a new tube and they both said they really liked it. Here are a few shots of them riding the wake.

Zach held on to the tube pretty well, but Dad eventually knocked him off like he does to all of us. 

David had a lot of fun trying to flip circles on the tube. He showed off for a long ride, but still ended up in the lake. 

Mom had a nice time holding Leo and playing with Max. I'm glad we all got to go up together for a couple of days.
