The San Antonio River Walk is such a beautiful place. I loved being their with my family. Once again we had great weather. On Friday evening we were able to go with the Beavers and Shoots. Being by the water, feeling the breeze, and watching the sunset is a wonderful memory. My sister and I had to find a little makeshift nursing and changing station for the babies, but we made it work. It wasn't especially stroller friendly with all of the bridges and steps, but everyone was very helpful. First we met up with Kathy, Bill, Evan, Shawna, and Joseph at an Irish Pub restaurant for a drink. Then we walked a little bit and stopped off at a Mexican restaurant over the water. At first we were seated inside in a roller rink type setting. We saw a table open up on the balcony and quickly moved outside. Great idea! It was neat to be right on the River Walk during dinner. We could hear all of the people, mariachi bands, and the water. Awesome to hang out with our cousins that we haven't seen in a long time as well.

Both Johanna and Leo fell asleep around 8:30. They were very sleepy. Johanna just stayed in her mama's arms the rest of the meal.
